What we collect
Only what you give us, plus basic website analytics:
- What you send through the quote form — your name, callback phone number, a description of the job, the vehicle or building involved, your timeframe, and whether it's an insurance claim.
- What you tell us on the phone or by text — including any photos of damage you choose to send us.
- Basic website analytics — through Google Analytics, which records things like which pages were visited and roughly where visitors came from. This is standard traffic measurement, not identification of individual people.
What we use it for
To quote your job and do your work. Specifically: to get back to you with a price, to ask the questions we need to ask, to schedule you in, to handle an insurance claim if there is one, and to follow up about work we've done for you. That's it.
⭐ Text messaging and your mobile information
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote or your job.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information you give us for text messaging is used only to communicate with you about your quote and your work with us.

What we don't do
- We don't sell your information.
- We don't rent or trade your contact details to marketers or lead brokers.
- We don't share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we do share it with
Only where it's necessary to do the work or run the business:
- Your insurance company — when you've asked us to handle a glass claim.
- Service providers who run parts of our systems — for example our website host, our email provider, and our text-messaging provider. They handle the information only to provide that service to us.
- Where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records — for warranty questions, repeat work, and insurance documentation.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them won't stop you from using this site or getting a quote.
Your choices

Children
