Quotes and estimates
Anything we give you through this website, by phone or by text is an estimate, not a binding contract. Glass and film work depends on the actual vehicle or building — the year, make and model, the condition of the glass, what's behind the panel, and what we find when we start. We'll confirm the final price with you before we do the work. If something changes once we're into the job, we'll stop and talk to you about it first.
Booking and appointments
Submitting the quote form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is set when we've spoken and agreed on a time. If you need to change or cancel, call (541) 882-0882 and let us know as early as you can.
Insurance claims
Where we handle a glass claim with your insurer, coverage, deductibles and what's approved are decided by your insurance company, not by us. We'll tell you what we're seeing and help with the paperwork, but we can't promise what they'll cover.
⭐ Text message terms
These terms cover text messages from Epic Glass Tinting.
- What you're agreeing to. When you give us your mobile number — on the quote form, on the phone, or in the shop — you agree we may text you about your quote and your work.
- What kind of messages we send. Messages about your quote request, questions we need answered to price your job, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about work in progress.
- Message frequency varies. It depends on your job and on the back-and-forth needed to quote and schedule it.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's normal rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting you. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
- How to get help. Reply HELP, or call us at (541) 882-0882.
- Consent isn't a condition of buying anything. You do not have to agree to texts to get a quote or have work done. Call us instead and we'll handle it entirely by phone.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your privacy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
